About Kwik Kar Killeen

Located at 3007 E Rancier Ave, Killeen, TX 76543, Kwik Kar Killeen operates as an oil change service serving Killeen in Texas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 8:30 am–6 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. My name is Sharon and I just went in today Oct13th for a tune-up and when I tell you, I appreciate real men being real experts and takinge pride in what they are trained to do professionally, it is an awesome and experience. The service they gave me brought me to tears and it brought me their service for a lifetime. Forever will come to them and recommend their service and honesty. It is very hard for a female to not get taken advantage of when they go to a car shop full of men and here at this car shop they don't play games with any customers male or female, thansk a bunch guys I will definitely spread the word

Excellent service every time! The team at Kwik Kar is professional, fast, and honest. I’ve come here for oil changes, inspections, and minor repairs — and they always explain everything clearly and never try to upsell unnecessary services. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and they respect your time. Highly recommend Kwik Kar if you’re looking for reliable automotive care!

Just pulled in cuz I was having some issues with my car and thought an oil change might help a little bit. Not only did they change my oil and let me watch but they also took a look at it. Told me most likely was going on a decent estimate of how much it would cost to fix and also did a bit of cleanup to give me some time to get stuff together. Out of all the auto shops I've been to one of the best services that I've had.

I've been bringing my cars here for a couple of years now. Staff: friendly, respectful, and helpful. Sonia is great. Service: What brought me here first was the time value (they're quite fast compared to others), but pricing is also really good for the jobs.

If I could give them a zero I would. I highly recommend you not to come to this place. Went in to get a oil change they recommended a tuneup and said the water pump was leaking. We agreed to complete the recommended service Mind you the car was working great before they touched it. When these people were done with our car the car was shaking tremendously after 30 seconds of picking up the car. We CALLED THEM THE SAME DAY- contacted them right away and brought the car back THE NEXT. The work was under warranty they refuse to check their work and was very unprofessional and refuse to honor the warranty. We had someone else to check our car and they had to redo the awful work they done. The manager and the mechanics are horrible unprofessional and do not take responsibilities for there mess up. And they complain thats its too much work to check the service they done. They broke a few of the spark plugs when doing the tuneup and also broke a a vacuum whoes. I high suggest everyone to not go here for service not even a tuneup. BAD service! LACK ACCOUNTABILITY! LAZY! UNPROFESSIONAL! Dishonest and does bad work!
